Creating Gene Lists

Ways to create a gene list include:

• Upload a text file (see upload)

• Create via GeneGrid

• Creating manually (see screenshot below)

Click on New GeneList

Enter name, genes and click save

Using gene lists in analyses

To quickly filter to a gene list in an analysis

1. Add and connect a gene list node

2. Select “Custom Gene List” in the top right node editor

3. Enter the genes into the text box and click “Save”
